In the many years of working with Mike he demonstrated an ability to build long standing relationships to the extent that individuals very much bought into the charity's overriding objective to successfully support the local community and offer help to those that need it most. Mike was able to effectively and sensitively communicate extremely sad and touching accounts of those families that hey charity were supporting while clearly outgoing how the fundraising was making a difference.

Mike has been my manager, a colleague and a friend over the last 8 years. He is 100% a team player who supports his colleagues and wants them to succeed. He is an extremely talented and diverse fundraiser with exceptional skills in networking and building relationships with individuals from all backgrounds. Whilst at Shooting Star Chase I have seen him develop and build on corporate, community, major donor and challenge events income streams. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any charity or business role.
