This requires training the design team, fabricators, and assembly members so the team can develop the equipment needed to produce the new product. Co-led Kaizen events to reduce takt-time, improve product flow, and improve ergonomics. Performed Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis on design and assembly processes. Helped to develop a lean strategy that was chosen to be the lean model for Parker operations world wide.
