In my current role at Addison Road Community Organisation I manage the overall financial and operational activities of the organisation and responsible for the effective and successful management of Australia’s largest non-profit community centre which is based on a nine acre heritage site in the heart of Sydney’s Inner West.With extensive knowledge in financial management and facilities management, I have implemented cost recovery initiatives that has seen repeated increased revenue and improved facilities operations. I have full P&L accountability and manage key stakeholders with a focus on new growth initiatives, innovation and customer engagement.I am responsible for both capital works project management and infrastructure maintenance, which has lead to overall improved community and cultural facilities, and reduced carbon omissions resulting in NSW Government environmental awards for the organisation. Leading and managing a team that works collectively towards improving the conservation of the site whilst achieving its goals and targets has assisted this process.
