Mike is a rare leader who inspires those he manages to exceed expectations. Mike worked with me as the President of Lindsay’s Industrial Water Solutions division for almost three years, during which time Mike was a tremendous resource to me in my first role as General Manager. Mike leads by example in every aspect of both his personal and professional life. Above all, his integrity is beyond reproach, no matter how challenging the business situation. Mike will always do what is right for the company, its customers and employees. There is no doubt in my mind that Mike has the talent and drive to tackle any challenge presented. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor, I did when I worked for Mike. I offer him my highest recommendation.

I had the opportunity to work for Mike in his role as President, Industrial Water Solutions, for Lindsay corporation and I highly recommend Mike for senior executive roles. Mike is a driven professional who knows how to define and execute strategy; communicate a clear vision for the organization; empower and coach individuals on his team; and deliver results. Mike has an engaging style that would work well in organizations of any size to profitably grow their business.
