I reported into Mike for two years and I can honestly say that it was an absolute pleasure and two of the best years of my career. His passion and humour and his sheer drive to make a difference is what makes Mike so unique , combine that with excellent project management skills and his ability to develop strong working relationships are just a few examples of why he is so good at what he does. My time at Bradford & Bingley was my first introduction into corporate responsibility - and now 12 years on I am still in that arena but now in a senior role - something I would never of achieved without my time working for Mike.
