  Presently engaged in working with vendors and manufacturers to manage costs and materials for GBP . Have also run overall production for several years from about the mid-1990s through about 2007 . Have worked at GBP from its infancy creating several process and procedures along the way , many of which were in the silver halide arena . Large format color , and B&W printing , Cibachrome , E-6 , C-41 , and photo composition are amongst the many which have since been replaced by more efficient and effective processes .
