For my clients in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Marine transportation industries, secure connectivity is a mission-critical lifeline for operations. I help my clients avoid the frustration, confusion, and high costs associated with adopting new or emerging technologies. It starts by listening to my clients and learning about what they need and what they are doing to manage their current technologies. My goal is to ensure they realize the best option for cost-effective and secure connectivity by deploying strategies that save money and time which lets my clients focus on their core responsibilities. I have helped clients achieve more for less through technology. Show less

I opened Acadiana Broadband 7 years ago to deliver high-speed internet to rural communities. In these seven years, my son has worked closely by my side to deliver high-speed internet to the rural communities. Major carriers do not look at these areas as being strong business models because of the amount of infrastructure it takes to deliver data to these areas. We used the same technology that DTS used to provide high-speed internet to our remote drilling rigs. There are many political hurdles that have to be dealt with before infrastructure can be built in rural cities. My son Dane Guidroz, now president of ABB and I spend countless hours at town hall meeting negotiating infrastructure usage and profit sharing for these communities. In addition to these rural family dwellings, ABB has built high-speed networks for utility and parish government facilities. The gratitude expressed by these rural communities makes the hard work worth it. Show less
