Andrew A. Torelli, PMP

I’ve known Mike for over a decade and his professionalism has always impressed me. He has numerous core competencies but the one I had the honor of witnessing on several occasions was his ability to develop others. He is a natural in developing others and this was likely a key reason why he was placed in positions of responsibly for training all intelligence personnel in the US Air Force. As a result, intelligence personnel serving around the world provided timely, accurate, and relevant intelligence to support Joint operations in austere and semi-permissive combat environments. He established SMART developmental goals and a robust learning environment to make sure the US Air Force’s intelligence force was prepared for future dynamic and complex challenges. It was a pleasure working with Mike in executing the results of his labor. I highly recommend him for any organization seeking strategic continuous process improvements.
