Built integrated teams to plan and secure resources to include $700M to address critical shortfalls in cyber, intelligence, and battlefield airmen. Led command-wide project to modernize archaic curriculum development process for 200 career fields. Nine-month effort resulted in a 90% reduction in curriculum delivery timelines, reduced overall time in training by 25%, and ability to recapitalize $35M in annual expenditures.Overall cyber training transformation project lead. Synchronized resources and capabilities across the ISR enterprise including 50 contract personnel from NSA, AETC, and others to plan, design and implement rapid reaction capability in less than 72 hours. Project averted a 7-month training stoppage and avoided a potential $20M loss.Command program lead to infuse technology and modern learning strategies into ISR and firefighting technical training. Integrated resource management and leadership delivered cutting edge technology to increase training capacity by 92%, reduce follow-on training by 50-percent and recapitalize $15M annually.
