I am responsible for developing and implementing the Community Strategy on behalf of the Club using football to engage young people and their families across a range of social issues. I manage a significant budget and have grown the charity by 80% over the past three years.Currently managing a team of over 100 employees delivering inclusive football led Health and Education projects to approximately 40,000 individuals per year.I am currently researching the effect football clubs have in their local communities while I have previously undertaken high performance leadership training.
