Manage and train all supervisors for DSI on all Houston area projects/ set up and plan, all Houston area projects, including assisting coordination of BIM modeling, Spec and plan review, setting up codes and budgets, initial job infrastructure and layout. Maintain and monitor, said projects, through ongoing training and evaluation of jobsite superintendent performance throughout project, and Monitor jobsite safety and quality. Follow up by researching performance, safety, and quality, and develop plans and protocol to improve in all areas of future projects. Research and develop usage of newest technology available for Field, and shop operations. Maintain Labor Reports, labor forecasts, budget forecasts, review all field requisitions, and meet with subcontractors to assist in specific jobsite needs. Meet with general contractors, engineer, architects, and owners reps to maintain jobsite relationships at a higher level, as well as develop solutions that aid in reduction of loss, and increase owner satisfaction.
