  Having studied architecture and achieving my BAS Degree from the University of Cape Town, my intention from the outset was to become involved in residential property development. My strength is to realise opportunities in the residential property development arena. From the initial acquisition/financing structures through to conceptualisation, design, approval, construction, sales and final hand over to end user clients. I have extensive experience in handling cradle to grave projects. I have been responsible for all commercial negotiations relating to projects both in South Africa and Croatia.
