  BH Aviation I was a captain and aircraft manager on a Citation CJ1 +. I was responsible for the operation and upkeep of the aircraft. In coordination with tour management, I prepared operating budgets for national and international tours. While on tour, 100% dispatch reliability was achieved by working closely with the tour management and occasionally adjust flight timings to avoid limiting adverse weather.
