Project Experience with Turner Construction Company: Pfizer Pharmaceuticals – Global Research & Development CampusConnector Tunnel Project - Ann Arbor, MIA $10 million dollar, 450-foot long, 9,000 sq. ft. combination personnel, material and utility connector tunnel that connected the main Pfizer campus across a public 4-lane road with the new R&D facility (see Pfizer project below).Pfizer Pharmaceuticals – Global Research & Development CampusTechnical Development Facility - Ann Arbor, MIA $170 million dollar, two building complex consisting of both Office/Laboratory space and Drug Development and Manufacturing space. This new building complex totaled 415,000 square feet in size as was joined by a Center atrium and a connector tunnel to the existing research campus located across the street.The New Stadium for the Detroit Tigers Baseball TeamComerica Park - Detroit, MIA $300 million dollar new stadium construction project located over six city blocks in downtown Detroit. This structure consisted of the seating bowl (42,000 seats & 108 luxury suites) and was encompassed by seven support “outbuildings”. General Motors Global Headquarters at the Renaissance Center Office Towers Renovation - Detroit, MIMulti-phase $120 million dollar, 1.7 million square feet renovation project that consists of complete demolition and then reconstruction of 104 office floors located within four different high-rise towers. This project was part of a $500 million dollar renovation of the whole complex.Henry Ford Wyandotte HospitalMajor Modernization Project - Wyandotte, MIA four-story $27 million dollar addition that comprised of a new emergency room, maternity ward, surgical suite (with ten new operating rooms), and an equipment sterilization area that serviced the whole hospital.
