Quite simply one of the best people I’ve ever worked for. Mike is very strategic but at the same time gives the right level of support to the people working for him. I always felt empowered to get on with the job my way, but knew I had Mike there when I needed him. We communicated well together so always felt like we were aligned in what we were doing.
