During my time at Softworld I had the pleasure of working with Mike Craft. His interpersonal skills helped him excel at leadership among both Tech Leads and Scrum Masters. Mike engaged the staff at all levels resolving communication and process issues outside of the duties of a Scrum Master. In the role of a Scrum Master he was the best I have ever worked with because he moved forward outcomes for the client while not trying to own parts of the Tech Lead role which is far too common. Mike is a servant leader with Business savvy that gets things done and he would be a great addition to any team.
