We also have a wide experience in P6 programme management.Project Integration: One of the key challenges facing clients of complex projects with multiple contractors is that of integration. There is often little incentive for the different contracting parties to work together towards a common aim creating risks to project delivery and cost. Our integration offer is aimed at pro-actively removing these risks and driving in opportunity by working collaboratively with all parties to align project agendas to a common goal.
