I have no hesitation recommending Mike because he led a very effective team to enhance the alliance customer experience. Under his leadership, several new products and procedures were implemented resulting in substantial improvements in the through check-in success rates, priority baggage delivery and reduced baggage mishandling. He is both people and results oriented.
