Mike has always been amazing to work with - willing to stop and explain some minor point of Active Directory or VMWare that he grasps that the rest of the meeting attendees don't while still helping be a level head to guide the server infrastructure to a better place. I have always appreciated Mike's willingness to understand that different types of servers (for example, database servers) have different needs and need to be spec'ced/configured/managed in different ways rather than just having a "this is the one way we install everything" point of view. I definitely hope to work with Mike again in the future.
