   Perform strategy work and performance analysis for the race engineering group for both races and tests. Developing strategy toolsets and analysis sheets using VBA, C# and Matlab. Pre and post race strategy simulations and analysis. Responsible for managing and developing the strategy database for each event, using SQL and C# programming. Carrying out strategy work; looking at tyre degradation, tyre performance and track progression throughout the sessions, as well as completing competitor performance analysis. Providing live strategy/performance information to the Chief Strategist during sessions. Data analysis using ATLAS of our own cars performance during sessions to assist race engineers and highlight issues if they arise. Assisting the race engineers in pre-event set-up in the DIL, and during race and test events. Help organise and run the race support personnel alongside the senior engineers.
