I have been employed with Yell Ltd and now Hibu for over 5 years. I am currently employed as a Marketing Executive, a role that I was recently promoted to due to my success over the past two years in my previous role as a Consultant. In my previous role as a Consultant I achieved numerous KPI target achievement awards, whilst also taking an active role on the DSMP (Management Training Programme). Recently I have achieved my last three target periods back to back and I have produced a marked improvement in the growth revenue that I have achieved through the multi-market model that we now operate within. I have also successfully participated on the DSMP with ongoing mentoring activities and future activities planned in. Specifically I have been mentoring new starters and assisting their transition into Hibu which I thoroughly enjoy. At my request I have assisted my previous Manager by presenting on KPI’s in meetings, running team activities and competitions.
