Mike and I often collaborated on projects and initiatives together where as a leader he consistently demonstrated poise, professionalism, and business acumen. His expertise and knowledge of CPG products proved invaluable. I witnessed Mike execute and influence multiple efforts both big and small. Under Mike’s supervision I was able to lead projects as an empowered individual, without fear of making a mistake or having the wrong answer. One of the many leadership qualities he brought forth included giving each of the marketing team space to identify alternative solutions and approaches solving an issue or larger scale problem.
