      Supervised a group of four to six full time company employees, as well as two contract operators, who acted as direct contacts for third party vendors. This group would coordinate and execute new natural gas and condensate well turn ons through temporary flowback equipment (flowback equipment) and permanent production facilities as safely and efficiently as possible after locations were handed over from either the Drilling and Completions Department or Facilities Construction Department. Managed employees on a number of different schedules (14/14 schedules, 5/2 schedules, 9/80 schedules as well as rotational positions). Project manager for more than 150 new well turn on's in which my team brought capital costs down from $247k per well down to less than $100k per well (<50% savings). Acted as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for multiple Project Hazard Analysis (PHA's) for new well turn on's. Worked with various Chevron Business Partners, along with key internal stakeholders, to provide strategic and tactical direction, as well as holding shared leadership accountability for the Marcellus and Utica Shale Production Areas. Kept track of, monitored, and managed Capital Expenses that were used to perform production flowbacks and turn in of new natural gas and condensate wells. Participated in Pre-Startup Safety Reviews for permanent and temporary production facilities. Performed monthly Managing Safe Work engagements in the field. Communicated daily construction reports, as well as cost tracking sheets, associated with the construction activities performed at the facility. Took samples of produced water, natural gas, and condensate to be sent for analysis. Monitored a field compressor station on weekends/holidays to relieve other operators. Maintained well reliability for each of the 20-30 Marcellus wells on my assigned route. Turned new natural gas wells into production. Worked with plunger lift/artificial lift and gas lift systems on Marcellus wells in the Southwestern PA region.
