My role is to lead and inspire teams of design practitioners towards finding solutions that provide best-in-class experiences for WAVE’s customers. I am responsible for: influencing and supporting the direction of programs of work; advocating for the customer and recommending desirable solutions, using data and insights to support the direction; effectively managing and leading a team of design practitioners and subject matter experts from client-side; planning and designing project scope, approach and outcomes, identifying relevant best practices; projects being delivered on time and within agreed budgets; effectively managing and leading relationships with clients and their key stakeholders.
