  I started working at the Black Horse when I was 17 years old. I grew to like the atmosphere and the people I worked with and made many friends. Over the months I developed into an important part of the team and I started to push myself for something more. I trained many new staff, dealt with a lot of customers, completed cashing off and controlled accounts on a daily routine. My job was very client orientated and because of this I have developed vital customer services skills and can show a variation of different skills within customer service.
