Remember these products are GREAT for men too as most of them are unscented or the few that are scented have a light citrus scent from the ingredients in them (my boyfriend uses products for his skin care - he used to suffer from Seborrheic Dermatitis, but not now that he uses TrūAura products!!)!!!       I had been a student studying to become a Certified Medical Biller & Coder with anticipated completion date late 2014. I was not able to complete the course because after I went back due to a number of surgeries, illnesses, & ailments, they had stopped teaching the program even though tuition had been paid in full up front!!       I started out as a seasonal gift wrapper. I worked the front counter where I took customer packages & mark their wrap selections on the appropriate boxes along w/notes w/names or what each package contained so they knew who they were for. I also took customer tickets to retrieve their packages & enjoy the smile on their faces when they see how beautiful they are. I also was invited by the head gift wrapper & the shipping department to wrap packages for the shipping department (& did pre-wrapping for fragrances) & verified packages that didn't need wrapped up to the point where they needed to print the shipping labels on. I do wrap a mean package!!! I've even had people pay me to come to their homes to wrap their gifts for them over the last 20+ years!!🎁 I became full time customer service in 7/2008. I answered the multi-line phones, transferred calls to the appropriate department, or page a manager (I was taught that by the head gift wrapper after my 3rd year as a gift wrapper though). I looked up account information for customers shopping/shipping at our store as well as took payments from the customers or the drop box & posted to his/her account. I helped open/close the store by getting the correct bags (of cash) to the appropriate department/registers and verify the balances were correct. I also helped with inventory and markdowns. I broke my left knee a little over a month after I was hired & I couldn't stand for more than 4 hours at a time for several months after surgery so they terminated my employment. I loved working there, even as hard as it was losing several dear friends & nearly losing another in the shooting, but it's still my favorite place to shop at in the city!! 🛍 Show less

      I answered phone calls from Blue Cross Blue Shield customers. Questions ranging from needing cost of medications, pharmacy benefit information, & eligibility information. I advised members of benefits that they have on their plan that maybe they weren't aware of to help with the cost of healthcare. I had countless calls that the customer was beyond satisfied with my assistance. I had a number of calls from people upset & by the time I calmly discussed whatever it was that had caused them to feel frustrated, they no longer felt the need to speak to a supervisor. I felt comfortable de-escalating calls & my supervisors very much appreciated how I handled calls in a calm and courteous manner. I had the best average handle time on my team(s) since I started as well as had high QA scores & high Customer Satisfaction survey results.       I started off as an MSR (Member Service Representative) which taught me a lot about the financial world that I didn't know before. It allowed me to strengthen my customer service and sales skills. I was awarded on many occasions for being a strong sales person. In April 2004 I was promoted to an Equity Processor. I didn't even get through training and within 2 weeks was again promoted to Mortgage Consultant. I was a mortgage loan officer. I not only taught customers about mortgages (as far as different products and options), but I pulled their credit reports and reviewed the application with underwriting details to either approve or deny the loan request. My clientele ranged from 20 to 80 customers at a time that I worked one on one with. Some of those lasting only a few hours and others lasting several month to a year. Show less
