As an Business Systems Manager I'm responsible to coordinate business systems development in cooperation with the business lines and system suppliers to ensure that the business systems architecture and functionalities meets all the needs of the business.I have also administrator responsibilities to most of the Business Systems (Softera T360 BSS/ERP, M-Files ECM, Visio ERP etc.).- Business Systems Development- Business Systems Admistration- BI and Reporting- IT Architecture- Project management role in projects related to information systems.I joined KAISAnet when the company was running two different BSS/ERP-systems (due to merger) and my first job was to find and implement a new ERP-system that will meet all the business needs and yet would allow also possible business transformations. ERP-implementation project ended successfully on May 2015.
