I moved up at McAlister's throughout the years. I started out as a kitchen employee to working in the dining room. Then about a year and a half ago, I moved up to a shift leader. I manage the employees, and make sure that the business is successful whenever managers are not there to do so. I count the bank, and deposit at the end of the night, and finish the daily paperwork. I would restock shelves with more shoes, and rearrange the area each quarter. I would also find shoes in the back if they were not out on the floor. I would then cash the customers out when they were ready. Reason for leaving was because of bad work environment. I would restock shelves with more shoes, and rearrange the area each quarter. I restocked the shelves and cashed people out. My reason for leaving was because I was only seasonal. I restocked the shelves and cashed people out. My reason for leaving was because I was only seasonal.
