Once hired, Mikail was everything he had portrayed himself to be during his hiring process. This was clearly reflected by the fact that he was promoted fairly quickly to the role of Operator Supervisor, supervising a diverse team of 12. Having worked very closely together with Mikail with respect to recruiting employees for his team, I was able to experience his high level of professionalism and his proactive attitude.
