This was clearly reflected by the fact that he was promoted fairly quickly to the role of Operator Supervisor, supervising a diverse team of 12. Having worked very closely together with Mikail with respect to recruiting employees for his team, I was able to experience his high level of professionalism and his proactive attitude. During the recruiment of new team members, he has the ability to maintain the focus of his needs as a supervisor, but also the needs of the rest of his team. As a person, Mikail is very open to feedback and more than willing to learn how he can improve his skills.
