Two out of the hotels are seasonal summer hotels, and the third one is open the whole year. Had staff responsibility for 90 employees including 13 department managers, and the destination employ up to 47 nationalities each season. My primary responsibility was to develop the hotels operations and drive profitable growth by developing and implementing strategies in the operations.
