I managed 6 studies spanning 5 different clinical trials with the same client, coordinating both internal logistics and external communication with the client, other agencies involved and clinical sites. I have experience in bioanalytical method validation following FDA guidance for immunoassays, I regularly performed PBMC isolation and Luminex analysis on clinical samples and trained new operators in these techniques. I also supported molecular work consisting of RNA extraction, quantification and analysis of gene expression by Nanostring for clinical trials. I frequently liaised with colleagues in Client Services when reviewing feasibility of proposals and costings of lab work prior to client signature. Other skills used include tissue processing (murine spleen, bone marrow, colon, serum, plasma), aseptic technique, cell culture, measurement of cell proliferation using tritiated thymidine and qPCR.
