Started EASA ATO first in Sweden 2008, started another EASA ATO in Denmark 2015 which is runned seperately from the Swedish ATO. ATO covers modular courses, integrated CPL courses for helicopter training and fixed wing training. The organisation is one of few in Europe that offers Instrument Training in Multi engine helicopter. The training organisation is one of the largest of its kind in Scandinavia. The company is also a FSTD operator. The clients are private individuals, operators and government agencies, such as CAA and border patrol. The organisation attracts clients for all parts of the world. Has also approvals from various non- Easa countries. Developed all training courses, manuals, approvals, sales and marketing strategies. Developed our own in house recruitment with training for instructors.

Accountable Manager, owner and CEO for Randhem Aviation/ Randhem Flight Academy. Started the TRTO and developed training programs, training and operations manuals. The TRTO was the first in Europe to have fully JAA approved type ratings in the US for airliners. Organized and managed all approvals, evaluations for the simulators to be JAA approved as well as instructors and examiners. Managed new evaluations of full flight simulators, JAR STD 1A in USA. Marketed the TRTO and delivered training for Boeing 737,-300 -NG, Boeing 767, Boeing 747, Airbus 320, Saab 340 and 2000 aircraft. The training organisation delivered approximately 120 type ratings per year. Developed all training programs and organized training. Managed contracts and operations at seven training locations of which three located in the US.
