Collected data, analyzed facts of new and standing patient cases on a daily basis in order to ensure hospital would be proactive in taking the necessary steps to stay in compliance with DC mental health law. Served as system administrator for all case management systems and provide quarterly and annual reports for all patients admitted via DC Superior Court. Demonstrated an ability to prioritize cases and use good judgment when acting as the liaison for the hospital with the DCSC, OAG, PDS, CFSA, DYRS, private attorneys, news media and public inquiries. Exhibited superior skills using business English, grammar, spelling, punctuation, via written reports, psychiatric evaluations, court requests, letters to judges and magistrates, and electronic communication with government agencies on daily basis.
