EdmoLift AB is one of Europe’s biggest manufacturer of lift tables and material handling equipment. I am responsible for sales and marketing to the Nordic Countries. Sales goes both through distributors and direct to bigger accounts as Volvo Car AB, Volvo AB and Danfoss, SAAB. I am responsible for trade fairs, marketing activities, distributor agreement. Also distributor development, pricing strategy’s, bigger and global key accounts. In year 2018 did we started a Danish subsidiary. I am also member of the board in the danish company. Four district responsible sales men is reporting to me. The Marketing department is a matrix organisation with 12 people that also is involved in the Nordic business. I report direct to the MD. During my time on EdmoLift AB, my responsible area have had a volume growth with 60% and also a increased margin.
