  I was Responsible of development and management of all VV-Autotalot Oy's aftersales functions.We had four full service car retail business units. All units had full scale aftersales services, included VW and Audi maintenance, body workshops and car paint shops. In Herttoniemi, Vantaa and Turku we also had Seat agency. In Vantaa we had spare part selling unit, which is selling parts b to b customer all over Finland.My work also consists of strategic planning, development of new approaches on customer service and different kind of development projects. One of my main tasks is the long distance strategic planning.Negotiations and making different kind of contracts are also included in my work.I had direct employees and lot of matrix employees, overall almost 300 employees.

  I was responsible for establishing new Car unit`s servicing functions when Automaa Oy bought Konala`s point from Laakkonen Oy. First my responsible areas were the body workshop and the new S-Etuhuolto concept development and establishment. Later, when organisation changed, my responsible area included Ford and Peugeot service and spare parts also. Ford was then a new car mark to Automaa Konala, so I got to implement it.I had 70 employees, mostly mechanics, spare part salesmen and service advisors.
