      A team of six university students organized the biggest recruitment fair for academic students ever held in Finland. Our fair gathered 120 exhibitors and over 5600 visitors together with 300k revenue. I was responsible for marketing effort and the program and I also participated in sales activities. I also managed to get (for example) Risto Siilasmaa (Nokia, F-Secure), Kerttu Tuomas (KONE), Mika Anttonen (ST1), and Anne Berner (Minister) to give a speech for visitors. Furthermore, we launched a bunch of succesful new concepts at the fair based on my ideas: for example speed dating for job seekers and companies that recruit academic students. I also increased our Facebook-page likes by 33 % from 3000 to 4000 with total coverage of over 300 000 people.
