The aim of this program is to give participants with higher education and working experience, but who have not learned IT or worked in the ICT sector, the basic skills of a software developer within 3.5 month. A total of 500 people will be trained in 2017-2020 with the wider purpose of increasing the number of employees in the IT sector.
