During the 3 years of consulting experience with McKinsey & Company, I have worked as an advisor in Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice within the core team deployed for delivering a multi-year infrastructure upgrade program in Pune, India as part of Smart Cities Challenge of Government of India worth ~700 Million USD. Played a key role in implementing an entire work program stream of engineering projects on an independent basis with main focus on IT (construction works), waste management, energy and social infrastructure. My key roles involved overall program management, design management and coordination, project tracking and controls, project structuring, industry interaction, estimating capital costs with justifications, managing entire procurement process and thereafter monitoring and governing the projects
