Jeevan Vishwanadhuni
Mihika was my project team mate in Project Management, and we also participated in two data science competitions. She always takes initiative in discussions, communicates with all members, listens, and values every small contribution from each teammate. In the time I worked closely with her, I felt she was visionary and tied each stage of the deliverable to the end outcome. Not only did she take ownership, but she also worked hard on what was required and brought valuable contributions to the team with her innovative ideas. Mihika always has a keen interest in learning new things, particularly in sustainability and supply chain domains. She constantly thinks about how to use her skills in the project. It is both fun and a learning experience with her during our time together. I would always choose her as a teammate in any data science related project.

Mihika was a grader / teaching assistant for my graduate course in leadership and communication at the University of Connecticut. As a student, she was engaged, insightful, and intelligent. As an assistant, she was indispensable! She was prompt in her work, and she took initiative at every turn. Her feedback to students served them well and contributed towards their learning. I would work with her again given an opportunity.
