Mihika is a Rockstar Performer. Through her internship she made valuable contributions to increase measurability vital capacity metrics which helped the Org to make critical launch decisions. She comfortably wore multiple hats to cover Product, Project and Technical aspects of her project. She was able to get into a fast paced environment and a complex domain and systematically brought clarity to requirements and goals and created a realistic plan to achieve them. She never hesitated to get her hands dirty and was not afraid to fail and try again. She was a critical listener and asked great questions to bring clarity to the discussion. She worked cross-functional with multiple technical teams to setup a Analytics Pipeline and Dashboards reporting vital capacity related metrics. She defined Policy and Guidelines for Engineering teams to request capacity for their feature launches. She posted multiple knowledge articles at Org level sharing vital information and answered questions from multiple Leaders and senior Engineers. I highly recommend Mihika and am confident she will be a great asset wherever she chooses to work!! Thanks and return back to Meta :)

I had the personal and professional enjoyment of hiring and working with Mihika Badjate since 2015 to 2019. Mihika was the youngest employee ever to be hired by Linden Tree Books. She was a customer for many years, a fixture in our store. As a customer, our entire staff enjoyed working with her because her reading repertoire challenged the most experienced bookseller. When she submitted an application, she was only 14 but had the mental reading list of someone with a Master of Library Science. Knowing that this was her first job, it was very rewarding to see her embrace the challenges of her role and transition from customer to bookseller. She initially came in extra hours to learn the intricacies of the store including the layout and section numbering. She learned to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with booksellers with 10+ years of experience, and gained enormous confidence in her recommendations to customers and other booksellers. She was one of the go-to staff members for customers, managers and store owners. Mihika has also made a huge contribution to our Teen Advisory Board and was a member of the inaugural board. On her own time, she volunteered at events and attended all monthly meetings. She suggested a Murder Mystery Night that was one of our most successful Teen Board events. She also was actively involved with the release party of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in 2016. This was another huge event that included a Harry Potter fashion show, trivia contest and other games managed by Mihika. I am certain Mihika is going to do great things in her future. She is smart, talented, focused, polite and dedicated to her goals and pursuits. When she was hired as a 14-year-old high school freshman, Mihika demonstrated enormous courage to work in our store. She is comfortable making book recommendations to all ages, has always sought feedback on her performance and truly found her voice, both metaphorically and figuratively. The growth we saw in her was beyond our expectation. She will always be a stand out employee and representative of our organization and literary community
