  I have worked on multiple projects during my Civil/Transportation Coop with Bayer Becker. My Transportation projects have ranged from Traffic Impact Studies to Roadway Design all per City and ODOT Requirements.   I assisted in roadway and bike trail designs for ODOT and the City of Oxford. I worked with Civil3D becoming familar with plan and profiles and cross sections of roadways. I completed traffic impact studies, analyzing mutiple intersections in a network to see the impact of new developments on current traffic levels.   I assisted the surveying crew leaders in preparing the data collectors and any plans needed for the day. I helped run traverses, set GPS control points and complete general site topographical surveys. We set property corners, staked out houses and building pads, pinned footers and set floor elevation benchmarks. I assisted my crew leader in completing all the general site layout such as sewer, storm, water and curb for residential and commercial jobs.   During my Project Engineering coop, I received deliveries and shipments of materials, completed takeoff for varies piping materials, wrote purchase orders, change orders and helped prepare weekly progress meetings. For my Field Engineer coop I assisted my crew leader in shooting general layout with a EDM, elevations with a Builders Level, and helped with the set up and tear down of formwork along the project.
