Not everybody can handle being thrown in at the deep end. She did, picking up analytics like a champ. The hardest ability to measure is how you handle unknown challenges, we had plenty of that. Excellent skills in deconstructing data, getting to the insights and presenting to stakeholders. On top of all the professionalism and dedication she has one of the most positive personalities I ever met, it is infectious :). Hope I'll have the chance to work with her again. So if you want a happy analyst who will not rest until she gets the answer... hire her.
