I had the pleasure of working with Miguel for two years when he was senior game designer at Peak and worked on our standalone games as well as brain training games for our main product. Miguel was a key part of the team and had a huge impact on our output. He proved to be extremely creative and productive, with a deep knowledge of game design (mobile free-to-play especially) and of the video games industry in general, but also a good grasp of the artistic and technical disciplines. His expertise in the game design field meant he was able to deal with pretty much anything we could throw at him: new game concept, feature design, KPI improvement, balancing, etc. Being a self-starter, Miguel works efficiently under minimal supervision and always keeps the big picture in mind. He is also a very sociable and genuinely funny person who gave the team a lot of energy and esprit de corps. I would happily work with Miguel again.
