Some of the projects on which I collaborated: Ciudadela Santurce Centro: 1,500,000 sf, $200M mixed use development (commercial and residential) in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Under Construction, registered for LEED certification. Involved since competition and preliminary stage, I had a significant role in the development, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team of consultants (structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, geotechnical and archeology), and managing a team of 4 architects. Also directly involved in construction detailing, facade design, promotion renderings and permits, achieving efficient solutions meeting client requirements trough design excellence. Puerto Real Urban School: 115,000 sf educational complex for 700 students in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. Involved in preliminary and development design, coordinating with consultants and managing a team of two architects. Villas del Parque: 30,000 sf residential building in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
