The Man with The Plan is Mr. Miguel Sosa. Miguel impressed me so much in his interview because he showed up sharp, prepared, and with an extensive and well thought out plan by which he would lead his team. Miguel has all the right tools to move up fast in a company and I believe we will enjoy seeing him grow quickly in the telecom community.

Time and again he follows well defined sales, recruiting, and management practices. Over the course of his career, he’s built a set of highly repeatable habits that produce great results. That is not to say that he lacks charisma. Those who know him well, as I do, find him to be outgoing, fun, and affable… While always staying focused, driven and committed to the task at hand.
