 Conducted research on the effectiveness of different operational leadership for Manufacturing Extension Partnerships, (MEPs-public/private partnership that helps midsized manufacturing and boosts GDP by $63 Billion annually) on how they create and sustain business networks Compiled operational data over 8 years on more than 60 MEP’s in the US, each with unique organizational structures and goals, primarily via open-source research of official reports and analyzing past operations I assisted Professor Andrew Schrank in assessing the effectiveness of different forms of organization for MEP's. Some of my tasks included compiling list of all third parties employed by MEP’s then classifying them as a private, public or hybrid entity using open source research to determine how MEP’s created and maintained business networks when consulting. Additionally, I analyzed all MEP’s in the US to determine effective heads between 2003 and 2010 by using previously collected survey data, annual corporate reports, and past and present internet portals to determine how the leaderships professional background affects MEP operation.

I collected my analyses on on relevant individuals and organizations in Puerto Rico in profiles to prepare a proposal to confront the impending bankruptcy of the Island.
