  In charge of the commercial management of my sections. Analysing comercial and economic key indicators as well responsible for managing stocks and ensuring reability. I was also responsible for recruiting, integrating and developing soft and hard skils of each one of my employees. Due to the conversion of AKI with Leroy Merlin, I was given the mission to create a logistics team from scratch that could support both trade and customers.   After a series of interviews, I was chosen from a group of 850 candidates to become a trainee in AKI. I belonged to a group of 6 trainees, whom would undertake an intense year of professional courses and work experience in the store. The main goal of this trainee academy is to enable us, to become a department manager in the end of this year. Earlier this year, I joined a team of 6 members, led by a manager; and, as early as March, I took over a leadership role in certain sections of the department which I belonged, and shared a role with the managers, in the decision making of the store. In addition to this, as I mentioned before, I had different courses throughout this year, such as: Trade, Merchandising, Stock Management, Leadership and Team Management, among others.   I was selected to integrate DEC project - CULTURE DIVISION TOURISM HERITAGE AND MUSEUMS - GEOCACHING. I had the responsibility of studying the geology of an area of interest and write a brief article about the geomorphology of this region, both in english and Portuguese, so that it could be posteriorly published as an virtual earth cache. In addition to this, I had to create the web page where the article would be posted, so, I had to learn how to code in HTML.
