      The Antleader Mentorship Program (AMP) is a student-led mentorship program that serves to help ease the transition to university for 1st-generation, low-socioeconomic identifying 1st years. As a mentor, we were paired with a mentee for two quarters and provided a sense of support. Likewise, as mentors, we had to build a community within the space, as well as within our individual “fams”.
