I had the pleasure of working with and learning from Miguel when we were both at Crunchbase. Miguel was the top performing rep when I joined and out of the gates he took me under his wing as a mentor and helped me become a top performer like himself. That was everything to me because you often hear in sales of top performers being selfish, this was not the case at all. Miguel coached, taught and mentored me while still over achieving on his numbers and for someone that was new to tech/software, it meant a lot. I can truly say without his guidance I would not be the top performer I am today. Any sales org would be lucky to have Miguel. A true rock star through in and through out.

Miguel was one of the first members of the SDR team at Distillery and played a crucial role in building our SDR organization. He demonstrated a strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to driving results. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond made him a valuable asset to Distillery. Miguel was a team player who consistently went out of his way to help his colleagues. He was always willing to share his knowledge and expertise. Overall, I cannot recommend Miguel highly enough. He is a talented and dedicated sales professional who is going to progress fast in his career. Any company that has the opportunity to work with Miguel should consider themselves fortunate. Miguel, thank you very much for being part of our team! Sincerely, Andrey Kudievskiy
