  • Coordinated 3-day, 2-night program for 125 newly admitted high school students.• Recruited, interviewed, and trained UCSD students to be hosts for the high school students.• Reviewed applications containing confidential information and selected participants from 400 applicants.• Collaborated with other coordinators of other overnight programs to coordinate transportation and events.• Prepared the entire schedule of the program for the 3-days.• Coordinated college tours for 40 middle school students, including obtaining funding, preparing the schedule and activities, and providing informational panels.
