  Worked as a CSR managing customer accounts, seeing to billing and product queries as well as day to day order flow. Began answering calls for Spain and the UK and then transitioned to a role where I developed an Excel application to automate and integrate our order entry system with our internal supply chain software (SAP). This system allowed sales reps and customer to send orders without having to enter it manually and therefore dramatically increasing accuracy and customer satisfaction.
